Our talented ELPP students

Sunderland FoC's ELPP (English Language Preparation Program) students recently held their very own version of Britain's Got Talent!

There was singing, there was dancing, and there was even a little magic. A great deal of fun was had, though perhaps the class's tutor, Jacki Houghton, had the most fun of all!

Highlights of the September - December semester: Treasure Hunt!

Our September semester got started with a treasure hunt to help our new students get acquainted with their new city. All groups had the same mission: To complete their list of tasks which would take them to the beach, the cinema and the golden arches, amongst other places.

Team "Need for Speed" completed all tasks in the fastest time (in fact, more than hour faster than any other group).

"Asia Star" received a special commendation for their services to sandcastle building - a superb effort!

Both teams were rewarded for their hard word with cinema vouchers - well done to everyone who participated.
